[ DON'T PANIC (Imagine this is large and colorful.) ]  -   bayoab
From New York Comic-con and a few other pieces of news in future updates of this post:

Bandai Entertainment has announced the licenses to Gundam 00 and Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann.

Viz announced the license to the TV series of Hunter x Hunter.

(The idea for the title of this post came from Funimation's presentation at NYCC, not The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.)

In other random news, 4kids has licensed Yu-gi-oh 5D's.

In a piece of good news, Media Blasters has announced the license to the former Geneon title Seirei no Moribito. This is the first series that is officially "rescued" after Geneon stopped producing DVDs. Note: Geneon still retains the licenses to all of their properties and has still been working on production of these series.

And finally, some site news. As some may have noticed, we are listing subtitles for both The Tower of Druaga and Blassreiter. Going along with Gonzo's experiment, we are experimenting with ways to list these types on the site. These titles are available for streaming on Youtube (Druaga and Blasseiter), Bittorrent.com, and BostTV.com. For those who don't know, you can add &fmt=18 at the end of youtube links for higher quality video and audio.

We are working on a way to improve our listings of these professional releases and differentiate them from our normal listings.
